Everything was simply perfect. The place was safe and had lovely staff who were quick to assist with an early check-in and a bigger apartment as my mother was in a wheelchair, really enjoyed the stay. I booked extremely spacious impressive room with a balcony. The hotel was set in a very central area really close to Darling Harbour and Paddy's market, airport in the morning and circular quay or darling harbour, close malls and trains.

I had a lovely 4-night stay! The spacious kitchenette was perfect for preparing meals, and the free laundry rooms were a lifesaver. The only downside was the long elevator waits at times.

Good location for city transport, quite location with a high floor room. easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

Walls not insulated enough. Could hear people talking and children crying in next door rooms.

enjoyed our stay very much and appreciated being upgraded on arrival.

my only criticism is that the pillow was extremely uncomfortable for me. too soft - it appeared to be substantial but when goes flat in use. I had to boost it with a rolled up bath towel.

Great location, only a short walk to Chinatown with loads of amazing food options. The room was super comfy, had a kitchenette with a fridge and microwave, and fresh toiletries. Really clean and the staff was super helpful with local tips. The soundproofing was excellent too.
